MidTown Tech Park Project - New Construction Biomedical/R & D Facility

The Coyne Family is thrilled to be working with developer Geis Companies on the MidTown Tech Park project. It is an honor to be involved with some of Cleveland’s finest organizations including:

The LEED Green Certified building is aimed toward biomedical, R & D, and technology companies, featuring ample office, laboratory/research space and ample parking. MidTown Tech Park is centrally located in the Cleveland Health-Tech Corridor, already home to numerous high-tech organizations, biomedical companies, and large health care systems.

Construction has begun, and will continue through 2011. Interest in the project has been very strong and we expect to be announcing a few new tenants in the near future.
